Mango Bourbon Vanilla Yougurt Popsicles (vegan, dairy free, sugar free , paleo )

Homemade popsicles are fun and easy to make. Everyone can do it. The simple rule is to use your own favourite fruits and berries either pureed or juiced. Adding some whole berries or pieces of fruits give a more beautiful look to lollies and make the eating/ licking experience more enjoyable.

My daughter loves every single popsicle I have ever made. My own favourites are herb infused fruit popsicles. I use fresh mint, lemon balm, slices of lime or lemon, blueberries or raspberries and in addition a few table spoon of some good old maple syrup to balance the sourness. And that’s it. So refreshing on a hot summer day.

cream layer

3/4 cup plantbased yoghurt

1/4 cup coconut cream

1/2 tsp bourbon vanilla powder

1 tbsp maple syrup

fruit layer

1 mango

2 peaches or nectarines

1 tbsp lucuma powder

handful of lemon balm/ mint leaves

1 tbsp maple syrup

For both layers mix everything together until smooth and creamy.

Pour into moulds in turns

Put into freezer

Kids love making lollies. It’s creative and there are basically no rules. What could be a better way of spending quality time with your kiddo than making popsicles!

Homemade lollies are as healthy as you make them. So go seek your ice lolly moulds from the bottom of your closet! I know they are in there!

Have fun, be creative, be messy!

I guarantee it’s more than worth it!
