Raw Acai Blueberry Bars with Chocolate ( gluten free, sugar free, vegan, paleo )

If you ask me I’d say that it’s natural and healthy to crave sweet treats every now and then. You don’t need to get rid of your cravings you just need to make better healthier choices.


Next time you feel a sweet tooth coming on try these sugar free vegan cheesecake bars. They will not only satisfy your cravings but also boost and support your body and mind! Ready for the recipe?


Don’t they just look cute? They are …


  1. full of flavorful macadamias packed with vitamins & minerals
  2. enriched with baobab to give you some extra vitamin C
  3. spiced with lucuma as a natural sweetener
  4. packed with raw cacao butter to give you that melt -in -your -mouth -experience
  5. stuffed with acai and blueberries full of flavonoids that provide serious health benefits


So, how does that list sound to you? I personally think the list is too short…

but I think you are getting the point here.

Sweet treats can actually do good to you as long as the ingredients are kept simple and natural. No tricks or nonsense needed!




  • 200 g macadamia nuts ( soak preferably over night )
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 5 tbsp coconut oil
  • 5 tbsp cacao butter
  • 4tbsp firm coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp lucuma powder
  • 1 tbsp baobab powder
  • 1 tsp lechitin
  • vanilla bean powder to taste
  • 1-2 tsp acai powder
  • 100 g blueberries
  • pinch of salt


For the crust you need 150 g dark sugar free or raw chocolate





  1. drain the soaked macadamias and blend them with fresh water
  2. add  the syrup, berries and all the powders, salt too
  3. melt the coconut oil and cacao butter carefully
  4. add the previous ( 3. ) + coconut cream in the mixture and blend until really smooth
  5. melt the chocolate on water bath
  6. pour the chocolate on the bottom of your moulds and let firm in fridge
  7. add the raw cake mix on top of the chocolate crusts
  8. let set in refrigerator for 4 hours
  9. ready to be eaten!






  • 100 gr yön yli liotettuja macadamia pähkinöitä
  • 3 rkl raikasta vettä
  • 4 rkl vaahterasiirappia
  • 5 rkl kookosöljy
  • 5 rkl kaakaovoi
  • 4 rkl kiinteä kookoskerma
  • 1 rkl lucumajauhe
  • 1 rkl baobabjauhe
  • aitovaniljajauhetta maun mukaan
  •  1 tl lesitiiniä
  • ripaus hyvää suolaa
  • 1 tl acaijauhe
  • 100 g mustikoita


Pohjaan tarvitset 150 g sokeritonta tummaa tai raakasuklaata. Jos haluat tehdä suklaan itse blogistani löytyy siihen resepti.




  1. valuta liotetut pähkinät ja blendaa veden kanssa
  2. lisää vaahterasiirappi, marjat ja kaikki jauheet, myös suola
  3. sulata varovasti kookosöljy ja kaakaovoi kattilassa
  4. lisää edelliset massaan ja blendaa erittäin sileäksi
  5. sulata suklaa vesihauteessa
  6. kaada sula suklaa muottien pohjalle ja laita hetkeksi jääkaappiin kiinteytymään
  7. lisää raakakkuseos kiinteän suklaan päälle ja
  8. pane herkku jääkaappiin väh. 4 tunniksi kiinteytymään
